Since 1986, Five Guys has been serving burgers and fries with a commitment to quality ingredients and a consistently great customer experience.

Five Guys has always wanted to keep it simple, just like their quality ingredients. The original stores had order pads and customers simply checked off what they wanted and that was the ticket that went to the kitchen. As the company grew, Five Guys realized that technology was a necessity to provide a good customer experience and allow their employees and kitchen to run efficiently.

“Technology should be a compliment to your brand, and it should help you understand your business,” said Steve Teller, Project Manager at Five Guys. 

“The Cloud environment has allowed us to remove servers from all locations and with the PAR POS sytstem, we are able to integrate in the Cloud, which is much more efficient, much cheaper, and much quicker. We at the corporate office can now manage the entire business from a single point.”

Being able to focus on the food and customers, rather than managing servers was an important factor when choosing PAR.
