DiBella’s Subs is a family-owned restaurant based out of Rochester, NY, with 43 locations across New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan. Their mission to serve every guest the best sub they’ve ever had is reflected in their attention to detail and dedication to fresh ingredients. However, like many restaurants of their size, 2020 presented new challenges for DiBella’s and their online operations grew in complexity. With no central POS or restaurant data management platform, they were faced with organization-wide cost reporting, inventory, and labor scheduling struggles. They needed a single-source restaurant technology provider to make it all make sense.
