NEW HARTFORD, N.Y.—October 9, 2014–PAR Government Systems Corporation (PGSC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR) focusing on the geospatial intelligence community and the Department of Defense, announced the establishment of a Dayton, Ohio office and appointment of Matthew Strand as Director, Dayton Ohio Area Operations. Mr. Strand will lead business expansion efforts and strategic initiatives in the Dayton and Wright Patterson Air Force Base environs for PGSC, reporting to Matthew Cicchinelli, Vice President, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) Innovations.

Mr. Strand joins PGSC following a diverse and impactful tenure as a Technical Manager and Senior Systems Engineer on staff, or in support of, efforts within Air Force Research Laboratory – Dayton, OH, the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio and other ISR-focused organizations.
