Savneet Singh

Interim CEO & President

Savneet Singh is the Interim CEO & President of ParTech, Inc.

Mr. Singh is a partner of CoVenture, LLC, a multi-asset manager with funds in venture capital, direct lending, and crypto currency. He has served as a partner of CoVenture since June 2018. From 2017 – 2018, Mr. Singh served as the managing partner of Tera-Holdings, Inc., a holding company of niche software businesses that he co-founded. In 2009, Mr. Singh co-founded GBI, LLC (f/k/a Gold Bullion International, LLC (GBI)), an electronic platform that allows investors to buy, trade and store physical precious metals. During his tenure at GBI, from 2009 – 2017, Mr. Singh served as GBI’s chief operating officer, its chief executive officer, and its president. In 2018, Mr. Singh joined the board of directors of Blockchain Power Trust (TSXV: BPWR.UN; TEP.DB); he also serves on the boards of directors of LottoGopher Holdings, LLC, Produce Pay, Inc. and EcoLogic Solutions, Inc.

Savneet received his B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Karen E. Sammon

Chief of Staff & Strategy

Karen attended Colgate University receiving a BA, History and the University of Cincinnati, College of Law where she received her J.D..

Karen became interested in the impact of culture on organization performance while attending the Harvard Business School Executive Education program where she studied the premise that strong and engaged stakeholders lead to a healthy, sustainable, resilient business. She remains personally committed to conscious leadership through which she is optimizing value for all of the stakeholders and joined the Board of Conscious Capitalism in January 2018. Conscious Capitalism helps companies become more conscious with transformational experiences that inspire, educate and empower them to elevate humanity through business.

Karen also serves on industry boards including Penn State School of Hospitality Technology Board of Directors and the FS TEC Advisory Board. Back at home, she contributes time to the Mohawk Valley Healthcare Foundation as a Board member and the Community Foundation.

Bryan Menar

Chief Financial Officer

Bryan Menar is our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for PAR Technology Corporation. Prior to joining PAR, Bryan served as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Chobani, LLC. where he led the financial planning and analysis team and was responsible for all corporate financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, business reviews and financial presentations for both internal and external stakeholders and partners. Bryan has also held senior finance level roles at JC Jones & Associates, Goldman Sachs & Co., and Ernst & Young LLP. Bryan holds his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Economics from Le Moyne College and his MBA in Finance from The Stern Business School at New York University.

Cathy King

Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Cathy King serves as PAR’s Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining PAR in July 2016, Cathy served as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Chobani Global Holdings, LLC., where she oversaw all legal affairs of the company, including advising management and the board on commercial and strategic transactions, regulatory and litigation matters and corporate governance. Cathy previously practiced law and was a member of Bond Schoeneck & King, PLLC (2008-2012) and Harris Beach, PLLC (1990-2008). Cathy holds a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Labor Relations from State University of New York at Potsdam.

Chris Byrnes

Vice President, Business & Financial Relations

Chris Byrnes is Vice President of Business & Financial Relations. Chris is responsible for all corporate communications, investor activities and public outreach for PAR Technology.  Prior to joining PAR, Chris served as Vice President at JP Morgan Securities, Inc. where he managed equity trading activities on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Chris has also been a past member of the American Stock Exchange and held senior level roles at First Options of Chicago and the Fossett Corporation.


Darla Haas

Chief Human Resources Officer

Darla Haas serves the Company, Organization and Employees of PAR Technology Corporation as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to joining PAR, Darla served as Vice President of Human Resources at The Oneida Group in Columbus, Ohio. In this capacity, Ms. Haas provided a Strategic HR Business Partnership to the Chief Executive Officer and Executives of each Business Unit and Function.  Ms. Haas was responsible for leading and managing the HR Function with a heavy focus on Organizational Transformation, development of Talent Management Systems and Improving the Labor Relations Climate.   Prior to The Oneida Group, Ms. Haas was employed at Procter & Gamble for 27 years where she served in escalating HR Executive Partner roles supporting various business units and functions.  Darla is a lifelong learner and studied at University of Wisconsin Green Bay and has invested in continued growth throughout her 29 year career.

Charles "Chas" Wurster

Chief Technology Officer

Charles “Chas” Wurster is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of PAR Technology Corporation. Chas leads the software development, product management, and hardware development teams across all product lines.

Chas joins PAR from The Mobil Majority, where he served as CTO for this rapidly growing data monetization and mobile media solutions company. Chas brings to PAR experience and perspective gained from working as an entrepreneur and at Fortune 500 companies. In his past, he successfully founded and sold two software solutions companies; the most recent was to Qualcomm Labs where he joined as the Director of Engineering. He thrived in the Qualcomm environment taking on additional responsibility in the Retail Solutions Division. When Qualcomm spun off Gimbal, Chas was the CTO with responsibility for the entire engineering ecosystem, operational deployments, product management, quality assurance, operations and customer support.

Chas holds his B.S. in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College and his M.S. in Computer Science from The University of California San Diego.

PAR Restaurant and Retail Executives

William J. Williams

Senior Vice President, Global Operations & Customer Service

William J. Williams is Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Customer Service for ParTech, Inc. Mr. Williams has responsibility for global operations including planning, supply chain, partner management, manufacturing, sustainability, and logistics for all products within PAR’s Restaurant Technology Business. Mr. Williams is also responsible for the company’s worldwide on-site, advance exchange, and depot repair service business.

With these combined groups, Mr. Williams manages the end-to-end delivery of products to PAR’s valued customers across the globe. In his 30 years at PAR, Mr. Williams has held various positions within PAR. Prior to assuming responsibility for the company’s customer service organization Mr. Williams was responsible for PAR’s hardware engineering and product management teams.

Mr. Williams holds a B.S. in Industrial Management and an M.S. in Engineering and Global Operations Management from Clarkson University. He is also certified in Supply Chain Management and Six Sigma Process Improvement.

Paul Rubin

Chief Strategy Officer 

Paul Rubin is Chief Strategy Officer for ParTech, Inc. Paul has more than 23 years of development experience and has dedicated over 18 years within the hospitality POS market. As a software professional, Paul architected and created new solutions for several large retail and food service companies such as Kinko’s, Jenny Craig, Starbucks, and Jack-in-the-Box. He later went on to work as the Director, Software Engineering at Ameranth, Inc., a provider of wireless and internet-based software solutions for hospitality, healthcare, and financial services companies.

Paul joined PAR in 2014 with the acquisition of Brink Software. Paul founded Brink Software, a state of the art, cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) software solution that has been dominating in the fast casual and QSR space in recent years.

Paul studied Computer Engineering at San Diego State University.

Anthony Moussouri

Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Anthony Moussouri joined PAR as a Senior Sales Representative in 1992, and progressed with the company to oversee some of its largest hospitality customers such as McDonalds, YUM! Brands, and Subway. In 2001, Anthony was named Director, QSR Accounts for MICROS Oracle, a major provider of hardware and software solutions in the restaurant world. Anthony rejoined PAR in 2005 as Senior Director, National Sales, was promoted to VP, North America Sales in 2014 and assumed his current position as SVP Global Sales in 2015. Over the last 15 years, Anthony has lead regional and national sales and account management teams and was honored as Sales Leader of the Year at PAR in 2012, 2013 and 2014. He received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from Georgetown University.

Dr. Tom Cooney

Chief Quality Officer

Tom Cooney, Chief Quality Officer, leads PAR’s ISO 9001 quality management system, which ensures the quality of all of PAR’s hardware, software and services. He facilitates process development, customer and product deployment planning, and failure and reliability analyses.

Tom joined PAR in 2008 and has held roles in service operations and sales operations in addition to his primary quality responsibilities. Before working at PAR, Tom held a variety of leadership positions, including Director of Quality and Engineering for Dielectric Laboratories, Inc., where he founded the Build to Print Thin Film business unit. He has also worked in multiple management positions at Intel Corp.

Working on the development of nanotech systems, Tom earned a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota. Tom also holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Kevin W. Jaskolka

Vice President, Marketing 

Kevin Jaskolka brings 20 years of marketing and sales experience to his role as VP of Marketing for PAR. Prior to joining PAR in 2014, Jaskolka led the marketing function at Seneca Data (An Arrow Company), and held positions at Nomadix, Intel, Xircom, and Dana Commercial Credit’s Technology Management Group. Prior to his corporate career, Jaskolka served as an officer in the United States Army, where he was awarded the parachutist badge and expert field medical badge. Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor and a bachelor’s in business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Rahi Roshandel

Vice President, Hardware Engineering & Product Management

Rahi Roshandel is Vice President, Hardware Engineering and Product Management for ParTech, Inc. Rahi’s current role focuses on development and life cycle management of the PAR hardware products portfolio. This hardware product portfolio includes POS terminal platforms, POS peripherals, mobility solutions, food safety task management solution automation, and various restaurant operational systems.

Prior to joining PAR in 2012, Rahi spent 25 years with Fujitsu in various leadership roles and capacities. These responsibilities included managing hardware product development focused on POS terminals, self-checkout systems, hand held computing devices, kiosks, and ATMs. Rahi also held positions in strategic and product marketing, hardware consulting services, and supply chain management. Rahi has extensive international experience and spent time working abroad in Europe, Africa, Asia, Russia, and North America.

Rahi holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State University.

Jim Nerschook

Vice President & General Manager, International Operations

Jim Nerschook has been acting as Vice President & General Manager, International Operations since January 2018.  Previously Jim was the Vice President, Product Management of PAR’s Task Management and Food Safety product line.  Prior to working at PAR Technology, Jim worked for Viavi Solutions where he served as Vice President and General Manager of their Wireless Test and Lab business unit and the Telecom Field Service business unit.   He has been involved with high technology companies for more than 30 years, responsible for successfully leading high technology organizations in Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Singapore, South Korea and the United States.

Jim serves as a Board of Director of ThinkRF in Ottawa, Canada.   He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Management Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
