Leading the Way at FODC 2022

PAR’s leading restaurant loyalty platform Punchh was invited to share the dais for a panel discussion at the Food on Demand Conference in Las Vegas this year, featuring our own VP of Marketing Lori Stout alongside Aaron Newton, Chief Product Officer of Thankx, Charles Gray, Chief Revenue Officer of Paytronix, and Nabeel Alamgir, founder and CEO of Lunchbox.

The discussion centered around how all arenas of restaurant technology can come together to create more emotionally intelligent customer experiences that yield more reliable repeat business. Lori’s expertise on loyalty programs were only one part of a lively chat that touched upon the ever-evolving relationship between technology and restaurant operations, streamlining data collection, and competing with third-party apps, among other topics.

Laura Michaels from Food on Demand posted an in-depth summary of the panel discussion on their website, where you can find several best-practice tips and insights on shaping your own loyalty and customer engagement strategies. Check it out below!
