Chief Executive Officer and President
Ron Casciano is the President and Chief Executive Officer for PAR Technology Corporation (PAR). Casciano was appointed to the President and CEO position in 2013, previously he was the CFO since 1995 and has worked at PAR for 29 years, including roles as Vice President/Treasurer and Corporate Controller.
Prior to joining PAR in 1983, Casciano worked at Price Waterhouse as an Audit Manager. Casciano is a Certified Public Account (State of New York) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College.
Robert P. Jerabeck
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Robert P. Jerabeck, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PAR Technology Corporation, is responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s business processes and operations. Mr. Jerabeck has deep operational expertise, with a long career of leadership in product development, product management, reliability engineering, operations management and quality systems. Prior to joining PAR, Jerabeck served in a number of roles at Honeywell International, Inc. including Chief Technology Officer, Business Integration Leader, and Quality Director in its Scanning and Mobility business unit. Prior to Honeywell, he held numerous technical leadership positions at Hand Held Products and served as its Chief Operating Officer.
Jerabeck holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University, an MBA from Southern Methodist University and is green belt certified.
Chief Information Officer
John Darby, Chief Information Officer of PAR Technology Corporation, is responsible for the development and execution of a company-wide IT strategy to update and standardize our systems to improve the productivity of our employees and manage our overall IT costs. Mr. Darby has a long career as a senior executive in technology and hospitality and most recently was Vice President, Enterprise Systems of PAR’s Hotel and Spa business unit. Prior to joining PAR, John led a successful software company and held senior level IT and sales positions in the hospitality industry with companies such as Sheraton Corporation and Marriott International.

Karen E. Sammon
Ms. Sammon rejoins PAR from The CBORD Group, Inc., a provider of technology solutions for food and nutrition service management, housing management, integrated security, and related needs of universities, corporations, and campus-based institutions. At CBORD, Ms. Sammon was Senior Vice President of Operations, with leadership roles in software development, product management, supply chain management, manufacturing and assembly, professional services, account management, and training and education. She was also responsible for the development of international markets through direct and indirect channels and vendor-partner management.
Senior Vice President of Engineering – Software Development
Mr. Haley has responsibility for development and design of PAR’s software solutions. In addition, he also provides technical direction and support for product management. Mr. Haley will lead PAR’s engineering, architecture and quality teams. Mr. Haley joins PAR from The CBORD Group, where he was Vice President, Product Development. In this role, he implemented new software development practices and launched new products using the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model. Prior to CBORD, Haley held roles in consulting and development at Unisys Corporation and Digital Equipment/Compaq. He holds a certification as a Project Management Professional, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
William J. Williams
Senior Vice President Global Operations and Field Engineering
William J. Williams is Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Field Engineering for ParTech, Inc. Mr. Williams has responsibility for global operations for PAR’s Restaurant Technology Business. Mr. Williams also has responsibility for Installation and Field Engineering Services worldwide. With these combined groups, Mr. Williams’ team ensures efficiencies in the way PAR projects are conducted and also manages resources the Company purchases, stores, assembles and ships, and how we support our clients.
In his 29 years at PAR, Mr. Williams has held various positions within PAR with a primary focus on operations management. Williams is a native of Rome, New York and holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Clarkson University.
Dr. Tom Cooney
Chief Quality Officer
Tom Cooney is Chief Quality Officer for ParTech, Inc. Tom oversees PAR’s ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system and is the focal point for PAR’s continuous improvement efforts. In addition, Cooney facilitates process development, deployment process planning, failure analysis and reliability data analysis. Cooney has extensive experience in supply chain engineering, product management, fundamental materials characterization, statistical process control, problem solving methodologies, and has direct experience utilizing project management skills across international boundaries.
Prior to joining ParTech, Cooney served as Director of Quality & Engineering for Dielectric Laboratories (DLI) where he also founded the Build to Print Thin Film business unit, subsequently serving as Business Unit Manager. Previous to DLI, Tom held several roles at Intel including Quality & Reliability Program Manager and Purchasing Manager.
Cooney is a native of Chicago, IL and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology where he received a Presidential Leadership Scholarship. He also holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota earning an IMAPS distinguished young engineer award and a Department of Energy excellence in graduate research award. In 2007, Cooney earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

Larry Hall, President & CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Larry provides strategic and operational direction to PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc., the leading provider of integrated, guest-centric hospitality management solutions to hotels, resorts, spas and casinos worldwide. Over 950 customers in 44 countries employ PAR Springer-Miller’s innovative, thought-leading solutions. With more than twenty-eight years of experience in global, high-growth, technology and service-based organizations, Larry has dedicated his career to serving the hospitality industry through a variety of roles and responsibilities.
Prior to joining PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Larry served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of HBSi. During his tenure, Larry led the acquisition, repositioning, and funding of HBSi, which defined the discipline of Demand Management and established the company as an industry innovator. He also served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Prosero, an Atlanta-based provider of supply chain outsourcing solutions. At Prosero, Larry led the development of the Procurement Center of Excellence, a highly praised and innovative model for outsourcing procurement of Fortune 500 companies.
Other roles included President & Chief Executive Officer of hsupply, a venture-funded e-procurement marketplace that developed an innovative service offering for the hotel industry, and President & Chief Operating Officer of Talus, the global leader in revenue management systems and technologies. For twelve years, Larry held a number of senior executive positions with ITT Sheraton Corporation including Director, Hotel Systems & Telecommunications Worldwide where he managed the global technology strategies and operations for the multi-national hotel company.
Larry speaks frequently on a variety of topics including managing for high growth, entrepreneurialism, and venture-funded organizations. He also serves on the board of directors of several small, high-growth firms and several charitable foundations. Larry graduated from Cornell University, and serves as a member of The Cornell University Council and a member of the Advisory Board for the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship at the University’s School of Hotel Administration.
Victor Vesnaver, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Victor Vesnaver heads PAR Springer-Miller’s worldwide sales and marketing operations for the SMS|Host Hospitality Management System. Prior to joining PSMS, Vesnaver served as Vice President, Hotel Systems for Micros Systems, Inc. where he had senior management responsibilities within the hotel systems business unit in North America. His background includes leadership positions in the hospitality and technology industries including Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for The Mills Corporation, Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for the European operation of Security Capital Group, and senior positions with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, SABRE Decision Technologies, and Zoho Corporation.
Robert Selwah, Vice President, Product Development
Rob Selwah joined PAR Springer-Miller Systems in 2007 with over 15 years of experience managing global software development divisions for KPMG and ACNielsen in Canada. As Vice President, Product Development, Rob is responsible for developing our current and next generation of hospitality solutions and works closely with customers, Installation & Training, Sales, Marketing and Client Services.
